Direct Support Professional

Reports to: Service Director, Executive Director(s)

Job Description/Responsibilities: Assist people with disabilities live more independently and happily in their homes and community by working with them to achieve their goals, assist with people's day-to-day needs (transportation, bathing, preparing meals, etc.), transport members into the community to provide for opportunities for socialization, provide encouragement and coaching to people who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits, and write documentation about the supports you provided during your shift.
